- Terms of Sales for ecourses
- Prices per ecourse
We like to keep things simple. For each user and ecourse we ask for a nominal fee of £10.
- Discounts
You are entitled to a discount of 15% if you purchase 3 ecourses in one transaction. A discount of 25% is given for purchasing 5 or more ecourses in one transaction.
- Access and usage
Once your payment is received you will be emailed the log in details for undertaking your course. You will have one year to complete your ecourse(s). After this time, your access will expire. It is also assumed that the usage of the ecourse will be by one user and only. We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage caused by software viruses.
- Circulation
No wider circulation is allowed of the ecourse (including uploading on websites, social media, etc). Please note that the files include metadata which means they can be tracked in terms of downloads and usages. Any breach of this policy will result in litigation as unfortunately we must protect our publishing and copyrights. Please note that copyrights are reserved for RJ4All Education. If quoting, please ensure that the publication is referenced.
- Payment method and security
The website uses PayPal. BACS and Credit Card as payments method. Once you have selected the merchandise by adding your details , you will be taken to Checkout page. These sections of our website are SSL Secure Shopping pages.
- Refund and return policy
The ecourses are non-refundable. However, if you are not satisfied with the content of your training please get in touch as we would love to receive your feedback and offer you alternatives.
- CPD Certificates
The cost of issuing you with the CPD Certificate is included in the ecourse price. If successful in passing the test for the ecourse, you will be directed to a page where you can download your personalised certificate.
- Licenses purchased by institutions and their cost
Institutions, universities, bar associations and public sector organisations are welcome to contact us for license purchase for any ecourse that might be of interest. The costs for purchasing a license are:
Unlimited license for 1 ecourse for 1 year: £600
Unlimited license for 3 ecourse or more for 1 year: £1,500
Unlimited license for 1 ecourse for 3 years: £1,500
Unlimited license for 3 ecourse or more for 3 years: £4,000
